Research shows that as we keep guards for the safety of our wealth we should also put up some barriers for our health. exercise or physical activities are proven to be the best guards for our health.  Good health is impossible without proper exercise. Physical exercise prevents the attack of disease. There are some diseases which can be cured through physical exercise


being physically active has many advantages for your body and brain, it makes you feel mentally relaxed and happy. it boosts your self-esteem, confidence, mood, sleeping patterns, making you a healthier individual. You’re also less likely to acquire certain cancers and fatal diseases by doing 150 minutes of moderate physical activities. physical activities also improve your cardiovascular health and protect you from diabetes type B.


in conclusion, physical activity can improve your life qualities in every way, whether you want to feel relaxed or lose weight, moderate amount of daily exercise can help you achieve it. people of all ages need to include physical activities in their daily routine to protect their health from all sorts of ailments.
