Importance of Goal Setting
A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan and commit to achieve. People endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines. Setting goals gives your life direction, and boosts your motivation and self-confidence.
There are 3 types of goals: Outcome goals, process goals, and performance goals. Each of the 3 types differs based on how much control we have over it. We have the most control over process goals and the least control over outcome goals.

It feels comforting to hear motivational speakers tell you how to achieve the goals to make your life prosperous. It is inspiring to read books and articles on how to overcome the challenges in life to achieve your desired goals. But, the key to achieving any goal is putting feet to your faith.

But, the key to achieving any goal is putting feet to your faith. as Zig Ziegler said" What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” there are many challenges in our life that we can only overcome by preparing ourselves and setting goals to be accomplished.  setting your goals can help you focus your attention on your purpose making it your dominant aspiration and when you have your target clear, you position yourself for success. When you commit yourself to your vision and express it in achievable goals, you provide yourself with the motivation of where you are going and how you anticipate getting there.
Is Change Vital in Our Lives
Change can come in many forms in our lives. It might come forcefully like a tidal wave, or creep along incrementally like a glacier. It might come in the form of devastating tragedy, difficult choices, broken relationships, or even new opportunities. Change has the ability to catch up with you at some point in your life. There is no avoiding it because it will find you, challenge you, and force you to reconsider how you live your life.

The real question is if change is vital in our lives. To answer that, yes change is vital in every aspect of our life. Changes can vary from something as small as changing routines in your day and it cam be as huge as getting marries, having children or accepting someone else in your life. When you grow and experience changes in your life, it leads you towards your personal growth and development. The help you in being adaptive and adjustable. Changes ensure that your life stays exciting and adventurous for you, because it helps break your monotonous patterns and introduce you to much bigger developments. Good changes help you have a positive outlook on things and help bad things end. Your moving on and your progress from your past is also a part of change in your life.

In the end, many people shy away from changes and hesitate to accept that, instead we should embrace changes in our life. This variable we know as change cannot be feared, because it is the thing that takes us to freedom. It takes us to the place where blossoms bloom out of our own soul’s dark places. When we accept change as just another being in our humanity, we love harder because we know that losing is just part of this life, we speak kinder because we know words are just feelings on a timeline, and we breathe better because we know the difference of living and standing still.
