 Without obstacles, resistance, mistakes and failure we cannot grow. Such grievous things will turn into the best things ever happened to you. These obstacles give us the opportunities to move forward towards the life we had always dreamed. This obstacle gives us strength and determination to stand up every single time and not to give up. The more you suffer the more you grow. A single tragedy or mistake can change a person fully. It is not about the obstacle or mistake; it is about how we tackle with such situation. 


 Sometimes the obstacles come our way to change us and make us a good person. We all have the ability to make a choice that how we will show up and what we are going to do. Bad health is an opportunity to focus on your health. Being stuck in wrong people is an opportunity to start finding good and loving people.

Patience in any context is assessed as constituent of success. As it is said 'Patience and fortitude conquer all things'. An achievement is not all about endeavor but the tolerance that keeps someone or something restrained to surrender.

being physically active has many advantages for your body and brain, it makes you feel mentally relaxed and happy. it boosts your self-esteem, confidence, mood, sleeping patterns, making you a healthier individual. You’re also less likely to acquire certain cancers and fatal diseases by doing 150 minutes of moderate physical activities. physical activities also improve your cardiovascular health and protect you from diabetes type B.


in conclusion, physical activity can improve your life qualities in every way, whether you want to feel relaxed or lose weight, moderate amount of daily exercise can help you achieve it. people of all ages need to include physical activities in their daily routine to protect their health from all sorts of ailments.

Be grateful for everything


Nothing is permanent in this world. Whatever you are going through right now, anxiety, depression, sufferings regardless of how challenging it may be. Still, there is so much to be grateful for. Now the question arises that how to be grateful?


We can show our gratefulness by trusting Allah. Trust Allah that he will never leave you unlike human. Trust Allah that he will always listen to you unlike humans. If you trust Allah, then you would never be ungrateful. There are so many bad and heart wrenching things going around us and whenever we get a little mood swing, we start blaming our life and considering it bad. This isn’t fair. Everything happens for a reason. We don’t know what is best for us but Allah knows. 


Be grateful for everything including sorrows and sufferings, because these things make us close to our beloved God. If we will be grateful he will give us more happiness and ease. Be grateful of who you are. We always forget of being grateful on simple things as we are able to walk, see, touch and think. There are so many people who are deprive of such blessings.
