Self-worth

Self-worth is realization that you are worthy of deserving good and to be treated with fairly. To be fairly treated by others you have to treat yourself kindly , realize what you deserve and what people are giving .it is natural that individual are not good at every area of life that , why they are called human not angels the most important is recognizing yourself and accepting itself worth is our view of about our feelings, thought and behavior .how we value our selves as a human being .Fix this thing in your mind very clearly that the day you recognize your worth will be the day to find it beyond your abilities to stick by the people who does not value you  .Be selfish enough to have self worth , self love and self respect.

Many of us sacrifice our feelings our likeness our expectations , our dreams and above all our value to keep some relation in life that don’t value us the way we do sometimes we hide our emotions from own self and keep on saying pain is not Realizing self–worth or loving your does not mean that you are considering your superior to others but accept all your imperfections and take pride in abilities that you have . Always be great full for what you have right now. sometimes we lose so many things and do not cherish their presence but when we realize their value when they have gone .your relationship trust and love for yourself sets the tone who you are good and fair with the people that belongs to you .You can only love someone else when you love yourself relies your worth no one will do it for you. 

Next time when you think of precious things do not forget to own yourself in. let’s set the resolution to realizing your worth and loving what we are because we are perfect just the way we are there we are not hurt but trust me this is the part of being emotionally weak. Why we are doing this? We usually do this because we consider people more what they will say or what they will think come on! We are first responsible and accountable for ourselves we pretend pain in not there and this is how we spoil ourselves a little bit every day.


Just look at your selves once the negativity and everything bad you are gone through is just a blink of an eye .Death is not a greatest loss. The greatest loss is when you lose confidence in your life and when you settle for less. I mean why should we settle for loss when we deserve more know your worth and don’t let people take advantage of you. Avoid the people who treat you like you are on average. These people only read you in their worst time and forget you in their best Time
Life will break you down and nobody can protect you accept yourself scripts your wellbeing to please other is just so unfair with your life.

From harmless, non risky, propensities like gnawing nails or shrill giggling, to hazardous ones, for example, smoking, drinking, and others. Habits can go unnoticed by people since they differ in earnestness. 

We as a whole have some negative behavior patterns that we want to throw away for the last time. Negative behavior patterns are dangerously damaging and keep us from meeting our objectives. In all actuality it can likewise be a pure battle to at last break free from their firm hold on our lives. Individuals regularly get bad habits in their more youthful years. A few habits individuals can't control. In any case, a large portion of the habits people can survive and discontinue. Finding a substitute of a bad habit will lead to frustration a boredom for sure but is not impossible to cut down a habit which I'd unfortunate for you.

It could help us a deep insight of a matter which could save someone from drowning away from life. 

Empathy is a need of this age as everyone of us has distant ourselves from the pain, sorrows and problems of others. It’s a dilemma of our society that if we see someone in a problem; we least bother until we’re stuck in the same. It’s not a feeling to console someone but to stand along the person and let him not feel alone. Every religion emphasized on empathy more than sympathy. It’s our religious obligation to be empathetic even to animals and birds other than humans. Every living being is needful of one another’s empathy.

Domestic Abuse

Domestic abuse is something that is very common amongst toxic relationships. It can arise in many subtle forms which can be later seen as the red flags of the relationship. It can be physical and mental and can take a serious toll on a partners physical and mental health. This usually occurs in people who have low self-esteem, this can be caused my multiple reasons such as neglect from parents/care takers, bullying, previous relationships gone wrong. All of these factors can lead a person to think that they cannot be loved by others. This fact is further manipulated by the Abusive partner of the relationship , often restricting partners from having friends, going out and doing almost anything without them, convincing their partner that no one else will love them. 

Partners often stay in these relationships because they are scared to leave or still believe that this is love. So it important for the victim to know when it’s time to say “No.” The first steps you can take to tackle this issue is to talk to your family or someone close to you. If you feel like you are in danger, don’t hesitate to call the authorities. Often these experiences can be very traumatic and alter ones sense of self. Some steps you can take to heal yourself from this is to cut the abuser out of your time, do not contact them. Understand and acknowledge what happened.  Seek professional help if you are struggling to cope or have bad feelings. 

Take a break from dating and work on yourself to be the best version you can be. Try spending time with loved ones. Indulge in your favorite activities and hobbies. Stop thinking of yourself as the ‘Victim’ and start calling yourself A Survivor. Practice self love and make your health your top priority. Love come in all shapes in sizes, just be patient. Good things come unexpectedly

How to be Good role model to children

For being a good role model we have to be a good human first, children’s learn and perceive things by observing their elders. As a parents we learn lots of things that best ever books can’t teach. Up-bringing of a kid is huge responsibility Ever since kid come into your lives, you focus has bear to make him best version of human. Provide them safe and positive environment. Issues that lots of kids are facing is that their parents usually do not give time to them as they are busy with their work and stuff but come on your kid is your biggest responsibility Teach them good moral values by your actions because they matter more them words Influences them by serving examples Be careful about words you are using, attitude towards problems and responsibility towards life because they influence their values.

Develop habits in them to share everything, do not judge them. Share experiences that taught you a reality of life and difficulties you have faced to make them realize how actually life is. Never be so strict that they start hiding their activities and problems from you. 



Respect your elders, listen to your spouse and manage every relation Influence of children’s friends are more likely to develop their habits e.g. what they wear, where they go, music and some risky activities they are engaged in. make sure good company your kid .Never point out their each and every action, Exaggerate or compare it with others, this will make them to lose their confident Be responsible enough to give this society a best version of human. 

Importance of Kindness

It is very well said by someone that in this world where you can be anything be kind. Kindness is being defined as the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate.

Kindness doesn’t mean that you only need to show your kindness to other human beings. Kindness is a vast concept. We should show kindness to each and every thing that exists in this world. Everything, every minor thing in this world expect kindness and respect. Everyone is affected by act of kindness.


 We all know that life throws unexpected curve balls on our way. Everyone is going through something we don’t know about. There are a list of problems people are facing it can be health issues ,loneliness ,depression ,anxiety, financial crisis ,relationship conflicts and so on. But by  going through from all these situation kindness is something that can give you hope and hope is something that can strengthen you to walk in this race of life and overcome these obstacles.

A simple kind sentence, a gesture and an act can bring joy to other person’s life. Robert Ingersoll once said “We rise by lifting others”. and I think being kind will not give joy only to the person you are showing your considerate behavior but it also gives you inner satisfaction and happiness that yes I’m playing at least a little part in other person’s life by bringing him happiness and joy and by helping him.

So be kind to anyone, anywhere and anytime. It will definitely come back to you. And remember this that kindness is not only related to some religious faith infect it is something which comes from nature. My Allah is always kind to all of us. Kindness is one of his quality and we should feel blessed that we can have this quality too. Being kind to his people will bring his blessing to us.
