Being Confident


Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way.  This must be present in people's daily lives in order for them to believe that they have the ability to do anything. The denotation of confidence is the “belief in oneself and one’s powers or abilities.” Everybody is lacking confidence in something; not everyone is perfect. Whether it be giving a speech in front of the class, competing in a large competition, or accepting one’s appearance, people lack the confidence needed to enjoy life.

Confidence is when you’re trying to improve for yourself rather than for others. It is when you’re okay with failing because it will be a new learning process for your confidence will get you far in life and make you happy and lead an independent life. There are many ways to achieve confidence in your life, such as creating an achievement blog and looking back on the things that you’ve succeeded through also learning to ignore the negative comment.

To conclude, always remember, confident people inspire confidence  in others. Being confident will help you morally and spiritually, improving your life and your everyday aims and goals.

Fear of Failure

The fear of failure resists us to be successful. It is believed that if we are scared to fail, we won't fail. This is the biggest myth ever. If we fear to fail that means we do not value our learning? We do not value our experience and growth? Success is not simply a destination. The journey towards the success matters.

If we use failure to make us, it can never break us. Fear of failure does not lead us to success but make us coward. Stop us to grow. The target to achieve first position has been poured into the heads of every person since childhood. This is a totally wrong idea. Simply having the determination to peruse our happiness, goals and dreams is a massive success in itself. Do you define success as having more money and material items? Or do you define success as being happy the way you are and be grateful. 

If you had to fall here and there and fail just to achieve what you want to do in your life then so be it. Failure is not permanent. There is always a way.

Effective Time Management


What is time management? It is the procedure of organizing how much time you should spend on a specific activity or task. In order to guarantee your success in life you must know how to manage your time effectively.

In order to manage time you must set time-limits to every task you do and try to finish that task within that time frame to maximize your productivity and also to save time.

So why is it so crucial to manage our time? It’s crucial because once we learn this skill we save time and that time we can use to do other activities which could be besides work such as our hobbies. Once our targets are achieved we wouldn’t be worried and also get extra time to do whatever we like. This in return also reduces our stress as if we don’t manage our time effectively we would take much longer to do a task and prolonged time to do something takes away our extra time in which we could relax which as a result causes stress. You are also likely to achieve your goals more productively and in a shorter period of time.

Help yourself manage time by timing it on your phones or even on a time watch. You will see the results yourself.




Dealing With Criticism


We all have dealt with criticism at some point in our lives and yes majority of us have hated it. Now what is criticism? To put it in simple words it’s disapproval on something or how you do something.

Moreover dealing with criticism is a vital skill that we all must learn in order to succeed in our lives. So how we deal with criticism is based entirely on how we react to it. Some of us react negatively to criticism which results in stress, anxiety and aggression. But there are also some of us who take criticism not so harshly and rather use it to their benefit to better themselves. It all depends on how you perceive criticism and how you react to it. Who even likes listening to criticism? Especially when we’re so use to compliments and praises, but since it’s a competitive world and there are contradictions in how we think criticisms are more likely.

Therefore to make the most out of the criticisms you receive you must understand the fact that instead of taking it as an insult take it as a feedback, and once you start taking criticisms as feedback's you can improve yourself by performing better and getting a better understanding of the person who for example you’re working with in order to satisfy them accordingly. Also don’t take criticism to heart as it may make you act too impolitely which in return can ruin your reputation in the longer run.




Positive Mind-set


What do we mean when we refer to a positive mind-set? It means a psychological point of view in which we anticipate favorable or good outcomes.


However many people find it difficult to adapt a positive mind-set. This is because of the harshness and the tough routines of our daily lives. Our life is more of a race but without a finish line and we must chase one thing after another to satisfy our needs and feel a sense of accomplishment, somewhere between all this we sometimes loose hope and blame ourselves even in our tiniest inconvenience and that is where we are wrong. This is where our positive mind-set will help us learn and grow and this is why we must adapt it in order to focus on the good in our lives and value ourselves and not drown ourselves in worries and disappointments.

Moreover there are many ways in which a positive mind-set can be beneficial to us. It can help us to eliminate the extra stress as we mainly focus on the good aspects we ultimately ignore the bad resulting in less stress. Positive-thinking is also a fuel for health as it keeps you away from anxiety and depression. You are also more likely to live a happier and more joyful life because once you focus on the good aspects of your life you’ll feel good about yourself every day and will also boost your confidence.
